Waddup people. I came back from jalan raya with the HML people at 1130pm just now. Elaboration on that when the pictures are uploaded on Facebook. People's Facebook, not mine. What I am excited to tell you guys is the new Lightning music video from The Wanted. Seen it yet? If not, see the video above!

Done? Okay, firstly, I really love the song when I first heard it & I promise, I was really excited for the music video. When I knew it was going to be released on some British website at 4pm, I was already checking the time in the UK & comparing it with Singapore's time. Apparently, Singapore is 7 hours earlier than the UK. So, currently, we are already on 25th September but the British & other people around there are still on 24th September. Anyways, the Lightning music video was released at 11pm on 22nd September in Singapore time & I stayed up all night just to be one of the first few people to see it.

Actually, we were on the phone talking crap & doing other stuffs until I forgot about the release of the music video. BUT STILL. I remembered at the right time & was one of the first few in the world ot watch it.

But then I realised that the music video was really sexual. When I saw the first kissing scene, I was thinking, 'Oh my God, please don't let the rest of the video be worse.' But unfortunately it did. We have Tom making out & Nathan nearly making out, but obviously he did, only that the making out scene was cut. & there was the licking scene & the girls running in underwear scene. Wow. I know the boys want to move on to a wider range of older audience & fans but why are they forgetting the young ones? What would Nadrah think? She'll be a sad (& disgusted) 11 year old. & the comment on YouTube is that the boys are maturing & stuffs. Okay maybe the kissing scenes were acceptable. But the licking & the pouring of water scenes was WAY TOO MUCH for me. The scene with light sticks poking out from he ground was really weird. I know they wanted to add lighting in a cool way, but the whole idea of light sticks poking out from the ground is really weird. Maybe they could have used lightning or something? I don't know, maybe I am the only one thinking that scene is weird. The Siva & the red cloth scene was weird as well. What random red cloth.

There are good points though. Jay had no kissing or any sexual scene, along with Max & Siva. Maybe because Max is engaged & Siva already has a girlfriend. & doesn't Tom has a girlfriend already? But Jay? He's single, right? OR MAYBE HE ALREADY HAS A GIRLFRIEND :OOOOOO Okay no, he doesn't. He's just a nice man who respects women. Did not say anything else about anybody else. Heh. Also, there were, which I thought, were the extremely cool scenes. The explosives, fires & smoke effects were cool. The last few dancing scenes where the camera does a slow-mo, then the normal speed, then a slow-mo again. The continuation of those speed change were cool & really shows how hectic the place is. The scene when Jay sang his part after Tom was cool, 00:20-00:22. The way Jay suddenly turns & appears out of nowhere to continue the song after Tom.

Anyways, it is too early to determined whether the fans love it or hate it. It only has nearly 110, 000 views only. So, we will wait for the next Wanted Wednesday video to see how the boys respond to the fans.
